At Otonix, we are dedicated to delivering your order quickly, securely, and efficiently. Below you will find all the details regarding our processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates.

1. Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a secondary notification once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Order Tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking code to activate on the carrier's system.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team with your order number.

4. Shipping Address & Modifications

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@otonix.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address or reroute the package.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Otonix is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and product, keep all packaging materials, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Delayed / Lost Packages: If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 7 business days, reach out to us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
